Fitness Consultation

A.

Cardio Training Program:  Aerobic exercises which strengthen your cardio/respiratory systems are designed for your personal fitness level.

                                 Cost:  $120.00 per hour.  

 

B.

Strength Training Program:  Resistance training to strengthen, tone, and increase lean muscle mass while also increasing bone density.

                                 Cost:  $120.00 per hour.  

 

C.

Flexibility Training Program:  Stretching exercises to reduce injury to muscles and joints.  This helps to keep you limber and flexible.  A must-do before any fitness exercise.

                                 Cost:  $120.00 per hour.
